At Modstrongmantraining we run fun, outdoor group training sessions open to both men and women of all fitness levels. Modified strongman training is a fast and effective way to achieve results in fitness and sports performance.

The sessions utilise modified strongman lifts sequenced into various exercises and lifts, so that the benefits can be exploited by everyone. Modified strongman training will give you results faster than other group training sessions you may have tried.
Group Training Sessions
The Body Comp Group Session- open to all fitness enthusiasts.
The Speed and Power Group Session – open to anyone with over two years resistance training and all athletes.
All sessions are led by the highly experienced Coach Farncombe who has helped both private clients and athletes alike. Coach Farncombe has also helped athletes from a number of sports to win three world championship titles, and was a competing athlete himself. His credentials include UKSCA S&C accreditation and P.I.C.P. level 4 qualified International Strength and conditioning Coach. We encourage everyone, regardless of their training level, to start with the Body Comp Session to learn techniques and become accustomed to this training modality. We offer participants the opportunity to learn under the watchful eye of an ASCC international strength coach and be trained like professional athletes, thus achieving results in fat loss or strength and speed.
Modified Strongman Training (MST) has been used by elite level teams and athletes in rugby league, NFL, NHL and Olympic sports are using MST to help them to achieve superior athleticism in their sports.
